Total Security removal

Total Security is a rogue spyware removal application. It behaves like a real anti-spyware scanner, but displays fake or exaggerated list of spyware threats scarying the user. Total Security tries to push the victim into purchasing of the "full" version of that rogue application:

Total Security periodically displays warning boxes from the Windows taskbar:

If the user chooses option to remove detected "threats", it will be immediately asked to buy full version of Total Security, which costs $59.95, and redirected to the payment page.

Total Security can be secretly installed on the victim's computer by trojan or downloaded from one of Fake Scanner Sites. Please run your trusted anti-virus or anti-spyware program as soon as possible, if Total Security appeared at your computer.
